Carol Williams is the Founder and CEO of the non-profit organization Community Transformation Group (CTG). Her goal and passion is to empower individuals to live successful lives by being a vital part of rebuilding self-sufficiency and creating a cycle of economic empowerment. Carol believes by providing knowledge and resources essential to successful living, Community Transformation Group is able to fulfill our mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals and communities around the world.
